Public library "El Tintal" Manuel Zapata Olivella

The public library Tintal Manuel Zapata Olivella is located on the western part of Bogota. It was designed by the architect Daniel Bermudez. In the past, it wasn’t a library, it was a place where it was given a treatment to the trash, but it was abandoned. In the 90’s it was renewed as a public library.
This library has a reading room for young and adults, it has a capacity for 500 people, the room is composed by reference room, group working room, multimedia room, computer room and hermeroteca.
There is the children room, with a capacity of 100 kids with reading room, playroom and multimedia room.
Also it counts with an auditory with a capacity of 160 people, exposition rooms and a information room of Bogota.
